be constant in prayer..

Rejoice in hope, be patient in tribulation, be constant in prayer. Romans 12:12

I know I've been a slacker at updating this but I still have been going non stop!
I plan on getting better at it but for today I have a few prayer request for you.

First: Could you be praying for my small group of girls I'll be teaching, along with Sarah Finley, this summer at First Southern in Bryant?

I'm leading a small girls group over the book "Do Hard Things" By Alex & Brett Harris. We will not only be studying this book and God's word together but enjoying fellowship and growing in Christ together. We will also be planning fun events and dinners with each other and it is truly just my deepest passion to teach young girls the word of God and direct them in the way of becoming Godly women that is pleasing to the Lord.

I have a group of 6 girls who will be seniors this year so could you pray for them and that the Holy Spirit moves in their life this summer? Also could you pray for me and Sarah? Pray for the words to speak and our relationships with Christ and that we will be examples of living a life pleasing to Christ who are constantly pursuing becoming Godly women.

Second: Could you be praying for students from Brandon, Mississippi at First Baptist that I am going with to Student Life Camp at Orange Beach this week? We leave tomorrow.

Please pray for all the students 9th-12th that are going and that their hearts will be open to God and they will allow His work in their life this week. Pray for life change to occur and for students to come to know Jesus and have a relationship with Him!

Pray for the girls that will be staying in my condo and that they will grow in friendships with one another that are pleasing to God and bring Him glory as a result. Also, I will have a small group of girls and guys of all different ages 9-12th grade that I will be leading every day. Please pray for their hearts and relationships with Christ and one another.

Would you pray for me and the interns and all of the adult leaders along with Kevin and Brenna (youth pastor and his wife) that the Holy Spirit will lead us in our teaching and help us to be examples of how to truly live out our lives as Christians?

I've given you some small examples of things to pray for at these camps, but you are not limited to them and feel free, I ENCOURAGE actually, for you to go deeper in your prayer over these things. I am not only excited about my group of girls this summer but for reuniting with all my students and friends in Mississippi and to get to spend this week with them again! I really do miss it there and staying in Arkansas this summer was a very challenging decision.

Thank you all for your time to read this and thank you to those who are praying. I will blog when I get home so that you know your praying was not for nothing. Thank you, love you! :)
